User selection tool

The user selection tool is a feature used in:

• member selection within a training

• restriction of participants for a live meeting

• restriction of participants for an ILT

• selection of participants when creating a new event

• selection of recipients when starting a new conversation

This interface allows to select and filter by user, classes or training participants.

In user selection (“Users” tab), you can start writing in the field to filter by username.

When you are in the class selection, you can search and select a whole class or select one or several users inside this class.

You can do the same for training.

All selected users, classes and/or trainings are displayed on the top of the list inside badges.

To unselect a user, class or training, you can click on the cross inside the badge or you can click in the selected user in the list.
